To the manager,
We would like to thank you for sending a couple of men this week to tidy up the gutters and especially, to clean out the waterhole that we pump from. We forgot to ask his name, but he was very helpful and communicative. We are very impressed with the work effort and the finished product. Please pass on our thanks to him and the younger man for a job well done.

We just wanted to provide some feedback after having some work done back in July, and apologise that it has taken a little while to write to you.
We were lucky enough to have some environmental work completed on our farm. As part of that, we had Markand Gary here to do some earthwork.
Mark and Gary were outstanding! We cannot tell you how pleased we were with the quality of work and professionalism shown at all times. Mark and Gary were extremely friendly to deal with and showed the utmost respect to our property. We could not have asked for better people to be here. You could see a genuine interest in the job, the communication and care for the environment, safety and equipment at all times. Our property was left in tip top condition thanks to these guys.
We just wanted to say a big thank you, and you should be extremely proud to have such excellent operators on your team. We will certainly see you guys again on our farm as soon as a need arises.

‘I would like to whole heartedly thank all your team for the job they did on our driveway.......................they not only did as agreed but exceeded both my wife and my expectations. They added value with ideas and even did a few small extras that they did not need to do. It is most satisfying to find such a great work ethic still exists’ Mike Reid, Murrumbateman. 15/07/2014
‘Head construction contractor Divall’s Bulk Haulage & Earthmoving’s performance throughout the contract has been exemplary. Divall’s have demonstrated a can do attitude and a commitment to quality that has seen the storage completed ahead of time and on budget. Divall’s clear communication methods, together with their extensive plant and equipment resources and industry contacts enabled them to address all challenges in a timely, practical and efficient manner. .......Divall’s genuine commitment to doing the right thing by the community was obvious.
The Gunning community now has a high quality town water scheme......... Upper Lachlan Shire Council is very proud of this achievement and thanks Divall’s for its major contribution towards the success of the project’.

We recently contacted Divall’s & had them complete a job that had many different requirements.
Your operator, Mark was despatched & he amazingly transformed our site!! No job was too big or small! He worked hard, listened to what we wanted, & planned it all out. He helped Barry with fencing, Lloyd with the trees, & Jeff with the irrigation. Mark also cultivated, ripped, felled big trees around buildings & services, dug & smoothed the new driveway, managed a big fire burn off, built a retaining wall, & transplanted delicate, old valuable trees (they all survived!!).
Mark solved our neighbours stump problems, & got us lots of firewood, & drew an appreciative crowd from around!
But it wasn’t just his technical handling skills – he advised on right equipment & saved us lots of money – he organised trucks as required, & he even provided help with angry council men when they turned up, & kept his composure under stress.
Lastly, he was kind to my little 4 & 5 year old kids, & showed them inside the cab of the excavator. They were wrapped & sent him a thank you card with excavator drawings on it. What a bloke!!!!
It was an absolute pleasure to have him onsite, & we will be getting him back to finish off the last stages of the works!
